Don’t worry! These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. The term ‘sheepsheep.co.uk’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Richard Sexton & Co, New Inn Barn, The Green, Clapham, Lancaster, LA2 8EH. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with your product. We’ll offer a full refund if you return any unsuitable or unwanted item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Such goods must be returned to us unused at your own expense – we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

We are sorry we can’t cover your return postage costs (except for damaged or faulty goods). By doing this it enables us to keep our product prices low. We will regularly review this policy as we want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us.

If you change your mind once you have placed an order, we can cancel it immediately and provide a full refund so long as it hasn’t been dispatched – please email edward@sheepsheep.co.uk. If your order has already been posted, we will give you a refund once we have received the item back in its original condition.

All products are checked before they are sent to you, everything is hand picked and packed! However if you do receive damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact us. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. We will be happy to exchange them for the same items or if you would prefer a refund, then the value of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be refunded in full, including your postage costs.

Please note that a lot of our products are made of pure new wool. This is a natural fibre and as such will have a natural ‘wool’ smell. We have found this can be a surprise to some as many mass produced woollen products don’t have this smell due to extensive dying, scrubbing and bleaching. To others however this is part of the charm of good quality woollen products. Imagine a sheep that’s been thoroughly cleaned and combed – that’s the smell and we love it!

Wrong sizes 

We'd be happy to exchange items that are the wrong size however we would have to charge you the additional postage charges for sending the new item out to you. Again this enables us to keep our prices lower, we will however review this pricing policy on a regular basis based on customer feedback.

We encourage you to have a look at the size guides on our FAQ page and if you're still not sure please just give us a call on 015242 51747 and based on your measurements we can recommend the relevant size. This will help to avoid having to return the item.

Product descriptions

Descriptions and images are for your general information and we reserve the right to change descriptions and prices without any prior notice. We aim to provide you with as much information as possible about the products you are looking to buy through copy and photos. We endeavour to not leave anything out but mistakes can happen!

A lot of our products vary in colour and style slightly from the sample used in the photos. We aim to colour match as much as possible but your product may not be exactly the same as the photo. This is because wool is a natural fibre and as such colours can vary depending on the wool used.

All of our products are subject to availability, so if your order is urgent we recommend you contact us by email. All prices include VAT except where stated. Standard delivery costs will be shown during the order process. Non-EU customers may have to pay their own Import Duties/Taxes imposed by their respective countries on entry to their country.

Order fulfilment

Orders will be completed when the goods have been dispatched, unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch the item, or we do not accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person for any reason.

Orders are not guaranteed for next day delivery, although we will endeavour to advise of any delays as soon as possible. Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will either be shown as such on the web site, or we’ll ring you regarding the stock status after the order is received. When orders have been processed and dispatched you will be notified by email. Any order not completed within 30 days of being made will be cancelled and refunded in full. SheepSheep.co.uk does not accept liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Privacy

All of your personal details are stored on a secure server and can only be accessed by employees of SheepSheep.co.uk or Richard Sexton & Co (our registered company). We never share your data with third parties and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act. We do not keep your financial details as payments all go through a third party (Paypal).

Website usage

SheepSheep.co.uk does not make any guarantee that the website is free from infection by viruses, contamination, or anything else which may have destructive properties, and therefore accepts no liability. SheepSheep.co.uk is not responsible for any linked third party websites featured on www.sheepsheep.co.uk. We are not responsible if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

You may create a link to this website from another website or document without sheepsheep.co.uk’s consent although if you do we’d love to know so we can thank you.

General ordering and online retail rights

Payment is made up front in order to allow us to carry out security checks in reasonable time before dispatch. Customers retain the right to cancel their orders prior to dispatch and demand a full refund. The invoice address is the cardholder’s address and should match the details held by your card issuer. By supplying us such details you the customer allow SheepSheep.co.uk to carry out the necessary address verifications required to authorise payments, in accordance with privacy laws.

Vouchers, promotional discounts and further offers are subject to their individual restrictions. Please read and understand these when ticking the agreement box during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for reasons we see fit, including evidence of improper use or customer damage and may, where necessary, return the product to the customer.
