We have two postage and packaging charges based on weight, these then also vary depending on destination. All the prices can be found in the table below.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically depending on the contents of your shopping cart when you go to checkout.
Light shipping: This is used for products weighing up to 0.5KG, that includes all gloves, hats and scarves.
Standard shipping: This is used for products weighing over 0.5KG, that includes all jumpers and throws. If you were to buy a large quantity of gloves, hats or scarves this may also require standard shipping.

We use Royal Mail First Class post within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail internationally for all packages under 2KG. For all packages over 2KG we use Parcelforce.

Measure your head by taking a measuring tape and place it around the circumference of the head, slightly above the ears. You can then view your size using the below chart. When choosing your hat size don’t get something too tight as you may get a headache and don’t get one that’s too loose as it will blow off in a strong wind – like Goldilocks, pick one in the middle and it will be just right!
As you’ll see in the chart below, hats sold in S, M, L, XL, XXL tend to bridge more sizes than standard UK hat sizes. For example a medium (M) will likely comfortably fit both a UK 6 7/8 and a 7 head size.
Where used we will be specifying UK sizes on our hats.

All the following sizes are an approximation, as due to the nature of natural fibres, such as wool, every jumper may vary slightly.
